The AYA building is an original tower concept imagined by SOA, in colaboration with HAR Etudes. AYA's philosophy combines the principles of Arab architecture with modern design and advanced technologies.

The AYA Building is a landmark in the city. Its unique form and shape, a tribute to the history of Arab construction, are signs of exception. Its unique structure offers residents a complete opening towards the sky: each apartment has a wide non covered Patio which embraces the entire landscape. The non-superposition of Patios makes each apartment a unique house. Living in an AYA Tower is the expression of pride and attachment to an authentic and modern culture.

The Patio is the central feature of Aya's apartments. Widely open to the outside with a 12 meters bay-window, it brings skylight through a shade structure. Connected directly to the terrace, the Patio is a continuation towards the landscape.
